This user experience research portfolio highlights my work in uncovering user needs, generating insights, and informing design decisions. It includes two case studies:

1.Understanding Social & Emotional Needs in Healthy Active Ageing : exploring how older adults can stay active, connected, and supported in their daily lives.

2.Reviving Night Trains as an Affordable & Charming Travel Experience : investigating how night trains could become a sustainable and appealing alternative to short-haul flights.

The portfolio demonstrates my skills in user interviews, surveys, usability testing, persona creation, empathy mapping, and data analysis, showcasing how research can guide meaningful and human-centered design solutions.
